APPOINTMENT INFO
It is essential for the clients to be connected with the right therapist. At first session, we will address the reasons you are seeking therapy and what goals you want to accomplish. Individual therapy sessions will last 45-50 minutes. Group therapy sessions will last 80 minutes.
INSURANCE
We do not take insurance, however we will provide you with the proper billing information so that you are able to file directly with your insurance provider.
It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to determine whether the services you are seeking are covered, what the limits are to that coverage, what deductible you have before they reimburse you and at what rate.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Please keep in mind that when you make your appointment, We are reserving that time for you. When you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please call us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and No Shows will be billed at the full rate for the time scheduled.
FEES & PAYMENTS
Our fee is $160 per each session (45-50 minutes).
Walk talk therapy and phone therapy are at same rate.
Group therapy is $75 per 80 minutes per week.
